Cook jasmine rice with bone broth. Brown chicken thigh on both sides, and while at it, throw in some shishito peppers and blister them. Smash two cloves of garlic and throw it in the pan too. When chicken is brown on both sides, cut them to bite size pieces. Salt and pepper it, and splash some white wine (like two spoonful) and coat each piece. It will give it more flavor. And voila! My easy go to dinner!
